Owner Scott Hoxie was born and raised in the family painting business (Hoxie Painting) which started by his father, has been serving CNY for 40+ years. Having assisted on painting projects for 15 years - leading crews, providing 500+ estimates, accumulating experience and professional tools - Scott decided to start "Highmark Painting and Powerwashing" to build a reputation of excellence in service to the customer and their home.​
